+Space Storage offers secure and flexible self storage units of a variety of sizes. Book the unit that is right for you, and store your items. You will have 24 hour access to your storage unit 7 days a week.
 
ENTRY AND EXIT
► HOW DO I GET ENTRY TO MY UNIT?
With +Space Storage, you can enter the facility and your unit using an app on your mobile device. On the day of your move-in, you will receive an email with your access code and instructions on how to set this up as well as a text message from “PTISecurities”, please follow these instructions:
  1. Open the text message from PTISecurities and use the appropriate link for Apple and Android devices to download the StorID app – install and launch the app;
  2. Open StorID and use your access code and email address to create an account – register and log into your account;
  3. When prompted enable the StorID app to access your location and Bluetooth;
  4. Use StorID to open the front doors and unlock your unit;

OPENING HOURS
► WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?
+Space Self Storage Southwark is open and accessible 365 days a year, 24 hours.
 
Our phone lines are open Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. However, the quickest way to reach is through WhatsApp.
 
► WILL THERE BE ANY EMPLOYEES ON SITE WHEN I ARRIVE?
Unless you have previously arranged to meet a member of our team on-site, it is unlikely there will be any employees on-site when you arrive.
 
PACKING AND UNLOADING
► IS THERE ANYONE ON SITE TO HELP ME UNLOAD OR LOAD MY STUFF?
While employees are sometimes on-site, you should always plan to unload and pack your items yourself.
 
► ARE THERE ANY STEPS TO ENTER THE FACILITY?
The site entrance is at ground level with no steps.
 
► HOW CLOSE CAN I PARK TO MY UNIT?
You will be able to park directly outside the facility with unloading and loading permitted for up to 40 minutes. If a traffic warden arrives, please inform them that your vehicle is stationed temporarily until unloading and loading is complete.
 
► ARE THERE ANY TROLLEYS AT THE SITE TO AID WITH UNLOADING/PACKING?
There may be trolleys on site to help you with unloading, but these are not always available and may not be suitable for your needs. Please plan to bring your own assistance if required.
 
► I NEED BOXES AND PACKING MATERIALS. DO YOU SELL THEM?
Not at the moment but we are happy to recommend local companies that do.
 
► WHAT CAN I STORE?
You can store any items not on the prohibited list:

BOOKING A UNIT
► CAN I BOOK ONLINE?
Yes, you can. Simply follow the online instructions and you can complete your booking.
 
► CAN I BOOK BY PHONE?
Yes, though it will take longer and the lowest available prices are online.
 
► WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE THERE?
You can pay using any major debit or credit card, including American Express.
 
► CAN I CANCEL BEFORE I MOVE-IN EVEN THOUGH I’VE SENT YOU MY PAYMENT DETAILS?
Yes, you can. To cancel your booking, either log in to your +Space Storage account online or call us on 074 23 158 065. You will not be charged if you cancel before your move-in date.
 
► CAN I CHANGE MY PAYMENT CARD?
Yes, you can. Log into your +Space Storage account, click on 'View Payment Details' and add a new card.
 
MOVING OUT
► I WANT TO MOVE OUT AND/OR CANCEL FUTURE PAYMENTS. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
The quickest way to move out is to log into your +Space Storage account online and cancel. If you require any assistance, call us on 074 23 158 065.
 
► I WANT TO MOVE OUT IMMEDIATELY. CAN I GET A REFUND ON PAYMENTS MADE TO DATE?
You can move out at any time. However, payments are made monthly in advance and are non-refundable.
