How to Access Your Unit
► You have booked a unit, what happens now?
After you have made a booking with us, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that a unit has been reserved for your chosen move-in date.
► How to log-in to your account?
Use the following link to log-in to your account: here.
You will be displayed outstanding items to complete online check-in, as well as your current and historic subscriptions with the ability to manage those.
► What do I need to complete online check-in?
You will be asked to verify your identity using our secure online tool, and you will also be asked to read and digitally sign a monthly rolling storage agreement together with a goods protection policy.
► How do I get access to my unit?
With +Space Storage, you can enter the facility and your unit using an app on your mobile phone. On the day of your move-in, you will receive an email with your access code and instructions on how to set this up as well as a text message from “PTISecurities”, please follow these instructions:

STEP 1: Open the text message from PTISecurities and use the appropriate link for Apple and Android devices to download the StorID app – install and launch the app;

STEP 2: Open StorID and use your access code and email address to create an account – register and log into your account;

STEP 3: When prompted enable StorID app to access your location and Bluetooth;

STEP 4: Use StorID to open the front doors and unlock your unit;

► How does the app work?
The StorID app uses Bluetooth and location services on your mobile device to open the doors at the facility. When at the units, you can use the app to open the Entrance Shutter and Sliding Door, and your own unit.
► Will I be the only one with access to my unit?
Yes, you will have sole access to your unit. Should you wish to share entry to your unit with a family member, friend or a removal company, you can do this on the app by selecting the Key Sharing tab at the bottom of the screen.
Fill in the details and execute the key sharing. The person you are to grant the access will receive a text message from “PTISecurities”. Follow the instructions:
- Open the text message from PTISecurities and use the appropriate link for Apple and Android devices to download the StorID app – install and launch the app;
- Open StorID and use a new email address to create a new account – register and log into your account;
- When prompted enable StorID app to access your location and Bluetooth;
- Use StorID to open the front doors and unlock the designated unit;
► Why won’t the app work for me?
Before operating the app:
- Please ensure you have an internet connection;
- Please ensure that your mobile device has Bluetooth and Location Services turned on;
- Please ensure that the StorID app has permission to access your location and Bluetooth;
If your app continues not to respond or shows an error message:
- Close the app and relaunch it;
- If that is insufficient to fix the issue, delete the app and use the original message from PTISecurities to reinstall the app. Once the app is open, you do not need to create a new account, so close the app and reopen it. You will be prompted to login (vs. register a new account), enter your original credentials and log-in to your account;
